Sidewalk Art Exhibit

SIDEWALK ART EXHIBIT
The two-dimensional art at this year’s Sidewalk Art Exhibit at the International Festival Oct. 6 will be the work of Guild members (new members may join on site and exhibit; pieces from outside of our membership area will also be accepted).
Carolina Clay Artists will be handling three dimensional work. If you have non-clay three-dimensional pieces , you are welcome to display them near the Guild table, but you must provide your own pedestal.
The gates open at 10 a.m. Plan to leave your work until late afternoon.
Members will be responsible for hanging their own work (up to two pieces) on the inside of the fences at Barnet Park while space remains. While some hanging supplies will be available, to be sure, come equipped.
Work should be available for sale, but there will be no jurying as in past years. The Guild will collect 40 percent commission on sales (non-members from outside the area will pay an additional $25). Please be sure to identify your work well for sales purposes.
The Guild and the Art Museum accept no responsibility for the safety of the work.
