"For 25 years I have concentrated on figurative subjects......working from an emotional response to family , friends and aquaintances.
 
Of late, the larger portion of my paintings has been of still life in oils.  I find the response is similar.  My hope is to share with the viewer the beauty of light, color and form as I perceive it in subject matter that is often seen as mundane."
